Sumowga sunta rasaasta waxaa sababa neefsashada ama liqida waxyaabaha leh leedh ama macdanta rasaasta. Hooyada waxaa ay sunta u gudbin kartaa ilmaha aan wali dhalan. Warka farxada leh ayaa ah, sumowga leedh waa laga hortagi karaa.

Hadii sunta rasaasta jidhkaaga gasho waxay keeni kartaa:

  • In ilmaha kaa soo dhaco

  • Nacnaca, waxyaabaha la isku qurxiyo, dheriyaha dhaldhalaalka ah, iyo qaar ka mid ah dawo dhaqameedka iyo xawaashka laga keeno dalalka kale
  • Shaqooyinka qaarkood sida dib-u-habaynta baabuurta, dhismaha, iyo tuubooyinka
  • Waxyaabaha caruurta ku ciyaaraan  iyo dahabka
  • Ciidda iyo biyaha laga cabbo tubooyinka laga sameeyay maarta. 

Hadda waa waqtigii adiga iyo ilmahaaga laga ilaalin lahaa sumowga maarta

1. La soco sunta maarta gurigaada ku jirto.

2. Ka fogow shaqooyinka qaarkood.

Shaqooyinka qaarkood waxay leeyihiin sunta rasaata, sida dhismaha ama dayactirka guryihii la dhisay 1978 ka hor. Shaqada warshada baytariga ama dib u warshadayntiisa. Shaqooyiinkaan waxaa kaloo ka mid ah samaynta digsiyada dhaldhalaalaya, ama halka shiishka lagu barto.

6. Cun cuntooyinka ay ku jiraan kalsiyum,  ferro, iyo fitamiin C.

Cuntooyinkaan waxaa laga yaabaa inay kaa caawiyaan inaad ka ilaaliso sunta rasaasta jirka ilmaha caloosha ku jira.  Kaalshiyamku waxa laga helaa caanaha, yoogaadka, jiiska, iyo khudaarta caleenta cagaaran sida isbinaajka.

  • Fiitaminka Ferro waxa laga helaa hilibka cas ee aan baruurta lahayn, digirta, subagga lawska, iyo badarka.
  • Faytamiin C waxaa laga helaa liinta, cagaarka iyo basbaaska cas, brokoli, yaanyada, iyo casiirka.
